- Does ATC transcription really work offline?
- Yes. Transcription runs on-device, so it keeps working with no cell signal or Wi-Fi. The optional AI cleanup of transcripts needs a connection; the transcription itself does not.
- Why doesn't ATC transcription hear my radio?
- Transcription listens through your phone’s microphone, so it can only hear ATC audio that is audible in the cockpit. If your radio audio goes exclusively to your headset, the phone can’t hear it - you need an audio cable that feeds intercom audio into the phone. - How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions purchased in the app are managed through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Subscriptions purchased on the web are managed from the Subscription screen in the app.
- How do I delete my account?
- From inside the app: Settings → Delete account. You can also start from the account deletion page, which explains exactly what is removed.
